This morning I received a message from Rainey a reader of this blog and all around fantastic lady with a problem to solve in her kitchen. She asked me if there was a space where troubleshooting should be discussed and as I had no such space I decided it was high time to create one. Feel free to come to this space and troubleshoot problems, mysteries and total disasters in the kitchen. I will do all I can to help and I hope others will chime in to offer their help as well.
I do plan to create forums eventually, I hope this will suffice for now.
