Have found if I don't tell Wayne that a dish contains chevre, he will eat it and remark how delicious it was. If I tell him he says it is horrible. Shall whip this up while he is out and that way he won't see the ingredients. I too love potato salad, but cannot stand the old mayo based ones. Bleh! Potatoes and cheese rule my world...lol Yum!
